Before you contact us.
If the motor is a Centsys and is beeping, note the number of beeps.
As Centsys motors are all battery powered, make sure that there is power going to the motor. Plug another electric appliance into the power supply and make sure that it is getting to the motor. If not, reapply power and wait for half an hour, manually shut the gate, re-engage the motor and try again. Leaving a battery flat for any length of time will reduce the working life of the battery. Make sure that there is nothing blocking the safety beams, if fitted. Check that there is not an obstacle that is stopping the gate moving freely. |
